EVENTS & EXPERIENCES PRODUCTION
Events & Experiences.
Film and photography built around what happens before, during, and after the event. We plan the production around what your team actually needs to capture — and what you need to leave the event with.
PRODUCTION SHAPED AROUND EACH ASSIGNMENT
WHAT WE MAKE
What we can produce around your event.
(01)
CONFERENCES & SUMMITS
Highlight films, speaker excerpts, attendee interviews, and photography for post-event communication and future-event marketing.
(02)
CORPORATE EVENTS & LAUNCHES
Launch films, executive interviews, recap content, and internal or external versions around the audience that needs to see it.
(03)
TRADE SHOWS & EXHIBITIONS
Products, demonstrations, booth activity, and customer conversations for product pages, sales follow-up, and future promotion.
(04)
FAST-TURN CONTENT
Interview clips, photography selects, social edits, and recap material scoped around the turnaround the program requires.
(05)
SPONSOR & PARTNER CONTENT
Coverage planned around the sponsors, partners, appearances, interviews, and branded moments included in the event.
(06)
FULL SESSIONS & POST-EVENT
Complete keynotes and panels planned with their own cameras, audio feeds and room access, plus the recaps, speaker excerpts and campaigns built afterward.
Available as coverage for a single event or an ongoing program across a full event calendar.

(01)
Before the Event.
The content that fills the room.

Registration creative, speaker and lineup announcements, promotional trailers, and social campaigns produced in the run-up. Much of this can be built from last year’s footage, which is one of the strongest arguments for covering an event properly in the first place. We plan the pre-event campaign and the on-site capture together, so the material shot this year is already cut in the formats next year’s registration push will need.
REGISTRATION CREATIVE · SPEAKER ANNOUNCEMENTS · PROMOS & TRAILERS · SOCIAL CAMPAIGN ASSETS · SPONSOR PROSPECTING ASSETS

(02)
During the Event.
Coverage planned against the run of show.

Capture the ideas, people and atmosphere through planned speaker coverage, interviews and photography that fit the agenda, audience and intended use. We work from the run of show rather than wandering the floor, so the announcement, the demonstration and the room reacting are covered by a camera already in position.
SESSION & KEYNOTE COVERAGE · SPEAKER INTERVIEWS · ATTENDEE REACTION · SAME-DAY EDITS · SOCIAL ASSETS

(03)
Sponsors.
Deliverables that prove the sponsorship happened.

Capture the sponsor’s participation, people and branding for the specific films and photographs agreed before the event. Planning against the contracted tiers means each sponsor can be handed the material that was promised, rather than whatever general coverage happens to contain.
SPONSOR ACTIVATION FOOTAGE · BRANDED SEGMENTS · SPONSOR RECAP PACKAGES · EXECUTIVE INTERVIEWS · PLACEMENT DOCUMENTATION

(04)
After the Event.
You already paid to get everyone in one room.

The hero recap film, testimonials, speaker content cut into individual sessions, sales assets, and the creative that opens next year’s registration. The economics here are simple: the expensive part — flights, venue, speakers, the audience — has already been paid for. Capturing it once produces material that works for twelve months, and the question worth asking before the event is not what gets filmed, but what the organization needs to leave with.
HERO RECAP FILM · TESTIMONIALS · SESSION & SPEAKER CONTENT · SALES ASSETS · NEXT-YEAR REGISTRATION CREATIVE

(05)
Brand Activations.
Experiential work that has to live past the weekend.

Show the interaction between people and the experience. We plan participant reactions, campaign coverage and details around the brand idea and the permissions in place — the build is temporary, and the footage is usually the only thing that survives it.
ACTIVATION FILMS · BUILD DOCUMENTATION · PRODUCT LAUNCH COVERAGE · ATTENDEE EXPERIENCE · PARTNER & PR ASSETS

(06)
Content Library.
One event, twelve months of material.

Production planned as a library rather than a single recap. Sessions cut individually, interviews banked, b-roll organized, sponsor packages separated, and everything versioned for the channels it will run on. A conference that is filmed once and organized properly feeds the sales team, the marketing calendar, the sponsor renewals, and next year’s registration campaign — rather than producing one three-minute film that is watched for a week and then archived.
ORGANIZED ASSET LIBRARY · INDIVIDUAL SESSION EDITS · INTERVIEW BANK · PER-PLATFORM VERSIONS · EVERGREEN SALES CONTENT
We also work with industry summits, user and customer conferences, award shows, product launches, sales kickoffs, retail and brand activations, festivals, sponsor and partner programs, association events, and the agencies and production partners who run them.
PRODUCTION PLANNING
We plan around the run of show, the venue, and everyone on camera.
We plan coverage priorities, rooms, interviews, audio access and delivery with the organizer and relevant event team. Flag must-capture moments before the event, because a session that is missed cannot be recreated afterwards.
The client and its advisors approve final venue access, speaker and attendee permissions, sponsor deliverables and placements, music and content licensing, embargoed announcements, and advertising use.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Cover one event. Build a library from a season.
Some organizations need one event covered properly. Others run a calendar, and need each event to feed the next one.
