Four services. One standard.

01

Creative Development

The thinking that turns a business need into a production plan.

Before production, we define the audience, objective, message, formats, intended use, and practical constraints. That becomes the brief for the concept, script, schedule, crew, and deliverables.

02

Film Production

Production built around the assignment.

SUNBREAK manages the work from approved concept through final delivery. The scope may include commercials, brand films, founder stories, testimonials, recruiting films, product films, property films, event coverage, and campaign content.

03

Photography

Stills that match the campaign or stand on their own.

SUNBREAK produces campaign photography, brand portraits, lifestyle imagery, products, properties, teams, and behind-the-scenes coverage for websites, advertising, social channels, press, and internal use.

04

Ongoing Production

Reserved production for businesses with recurring needs.

Each month begins with an approved production plan covering priorities, shoot time, deliverables, review requirements, and delivery dates. The mix can change as the business changes, including campaigns, recruiting, products, locations, events, social versions, and photography.

Process

From brief to final delivery.

Three phases. Clear approvals. A schedule built around the scope.

  1. Storyboard sketches in a notebook, pre-production planning.

    Pre-Production

We define the idea, scope, deliverables, schedule, locations, participants, review path, crew, and logistics before filming begins. The client knows what is being made, what is needed, and what happens next.

  2. Operator behind a camera monitor on set during production.

    Production

The approved plan is executed by a team built around the assignment. A production lead manages the schedule, communication, and decisions required to keep the day moving.

  3. Color grading station with editor adjusting timeline.

    Post-Production

Editing, color, sound, music, graphics, review files, and final versions are handled according to the approved scope. Feedback is consolidated, revisions are tracked, and final assets are delivered in the agreed formats.

Pricing

Clear pricing. Built around the work.

Choose ongoing monthly production or a one-time project scoped around what the assignment requires.

Monthly production is planned around a defined amount of production capacity. The examples below show a common mix, not an unconditional promise that every listed deliverable can be combined at maximum volume.

A short-form version is an edit created from footage captured for the approved production. A separate concept, script, performance, location, or major setup is scoped as additional production.

Standard across all plans

  • Monthly production-planning call
  • Creative development and pre-production
  • Crew and equipment selected for the assignment
  • Editing, color, sound, and standard production music
  • Two consolidated feedback rounds
  • Final delivery in the agreed formats
  • One production lead from planning through delivery

Talent, travel, permits, rented locations, specialized equipment, advanced animation, extensive versions, rush work, and other third-party requirements are scoped separately when needed.

FAQ

Common questions.

  • Straightforward controlled projects may begin around $2,950. Larger campaigns commonly range from $5,000 to $15,000, while multi-day brand films and more complex productions may exceed $25,000.

Monthly production plans begin at $4,500 and extend to starting at $12,500 depending on production capacity and complexity. Final pricing is confirmed after the scope, schedule, locations, participants, usage, and deliverables are reviewed.

  • A project makes sense when there is one defined need, such as a brand film, commercial, testimonial series, launch, recruiting film, or focused campaign.

A monthly plan is designed for businesses that need production regularly and want reserved time, a repeatable review process, and visual consistency across several needs.

  • Most projects take approximately three to six weeks from approved scope to final delivery. Larger productions, several locations, complex approvals, or advanced post-production may require more time.

A faster schedule may be possible depending on availability and the work required.

  • The proposal identifies the planning, crew, equipment, production time, post-production, deliverables, feedback rounds, usage, and final formats included in the price.

Talent, travel, permits, locations, props, specialized equipment, advanced animation, rush delivery, and other third-party requirements are listed separately when needed.

  • Most projects include two consolidated feedback rounds. The client provides one combined set of notes for each round.

A new direction, added deliverables, additional footage, or work outside the approved scope may affect the schedule and price. Any change is discussed before the additional work begins.

  • Monthly plans begin with a 90-day commitment. Terms after the initial period are explained in the written agreement before work begins.

  • Before production, we agree on the objective, intended audience, placement, and the information the client plans to review after launch.

SUNBREAK does not guarantee a specific business result. When the client shares useful performance information, it can help guide future production decisions.

  • SUNBREAK is based in Los Angeles and produces work nationwide. Depending on the assignment, SUNBREAK may travel key team members, build a local crew, or combine both.

  • Every assignment has one production lead. The wider team is built around the scope and may include a producer, director, cinematographer, photographer, sound mixer, editor, colorist, or another specialist.

  • Ownership and usage rights are defined in the written scope or production agreement. Final approved deliverables are included as stated in the agreement.

Raw footage, unused material, editable project files, music, talent, stock material, locations, and other third-party elements may have separate terms.

  • SUNBREAK handles creative development, film production, photography, and production-related post work. Motion graphics and animation may be included when required.

SUNBREAK does not manage paid media or SEO, but can prepare assets for the client’s internal team, agency, or media partner.
