All content on the site (copy, photography, films, design, and code) is owned by Sunbreak Films or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Our clients retain ownership of work produced for them under separate engagement agreements.

Production projects are governed by separate written agreements signed at engagement. These Terms of Use govern only your use of the website itself, not any production engagement with Sunbreak.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sunbreak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
